Los Concejos de los Municipios donde hubieren nacido Oficiales o soldados que contribuyeron a integrar el personal de que trata el artículo anterior, colocaran en el edificio público que les pareciere más educado una placa conmemorativa que llevara inscritos los nombres de los hijos nativos del Distrito a quienes distingue aquella honra, con las anotaciones que sea preciso hacer en cada caso.
