°. Integración del Consejo Directivo. El Consejo Directivo estará integrado por cinco (5) miembros, así

El Ministro del Interior y de Justicia, o su delegado, quien lo presidirá.

2.

El Director del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, DANE, o su delegado.

3.

El Director del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi, o su delegado.

4.

Dos representantes del Presidente de la República, quienes no podrán ser notarios ni registradores en el ejercicio de sus cargos, ni haberlos desempeñado en el período inmediatamente anterior. El Superintendente asistirá a las reuniones del Consejo con derecho a voz.
