°. Procedimiento de venta de las acciones referidas en el numeral 1° del artículo 3°. El Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras ofrecerá las acciones a que se refiere el numeral 1 del artículo 3° del presente decreto a través de oferta pública en las bolsas de valores del país, la cual tendrá una vigencia de dos (2) meses.
