Modifícase el artículo 155 del Decreto 1572 del 5 de agosto de 1998, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 155. La adopción y las modificaciones de las plantas de personal de empleos públicos de los Ministerios, Departamentos Administrativos, Superintendencias, Establecimientos Públicos, Unidades Administrativas Especiales, Empresas Sociales del Estado, Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales y de Desarrollo Sostenible, y las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del orden nacional, deberán contar, sin excepción, con el concepto previo y favorable del Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública”.
