Articulo 1º Para los efectos del inciso 1º del artículo 24 del Decreto Extraordinario 1935 de 1973, entiéndase por "prestatario de escasos recursos" toda persona natural o los grupos familiares cuyo ingreso no exceda de quince (15) veces el salario mínimo legal vigente al momento de ser presentada la respectiva solicitud. La anterior circunstancia deberá ser demostrada por los interesados mediante la exhibición de copia de la última declaración de renta que legalmente estuvieren obligados a presentar.
