º Si por razón de la reincorporación a que se refiere el artículo tercero, un funcionario quedare con una remuneración igual o inferior a la que tenía, continuará percibiendo ésta hasta cuando se retire del servicio u .obtenga una remuneración superior. En estos casos la prima de antigüedad será la del grado que corresponda al cargo al cual haya sido incorporados, la cual se adicionará a la remuneración a que tenga derecho según lo previsto en el inciso anterior.
