Destínase la cantidad de veinte mil pesos ($ 20,000) para dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley, cantidad que se declara incluida en el Presupuesto de gastos para la vigencia económica de 1914, y que será pagada en los primeros cuatro meses de dicho año.
