º . Del lugar y fecha de las reuniones. Las reuniones ordinarias tendrán lugar en la fecha y hora fijadas por la autoridad de la administración territorial respectiva con una antelación no inferior a quince (15) días calendario. Si el Secretario Técnico no hiciere convocatoria, el Consejo Territorial de Seguridad Social en Salud podrá reunirse, por derecho propio, convocado por cualquiera de sus miembros, el décimo día hábil del respectivo mes a las diez (10) de la mañana. Las reuniones extraordinarias se verificarán por convocatoria de por lo menos una tercera parte de sus miembros, o en caso necesario podrá hacerlo el jefe de la administración local.
