Para el ingreso en la carrera judicial, los actuales jueces de la República podrán solicitar su inscripción para lo cual deberán acreditar

Los requisitos constitucionales exigidos para el cargo.

Experiencia no inferior a cuatro años en la rama jurisdiccional o en el ministerio público.

Certificado de antecedentes disciplinarios expedido por la Procuraduría General de la Nación, y

Fotocopia auténtica del pasado judicial vigente.
