Si se contestare conviniendo en los hechos y en el derecho, y fuere admisible la prueba de confesión, el Juez fallará dentro de dos días. Si no se contestare y fuere admisible en todo la prueba de confesión, el Juez fallará también dentro de dos días.

Si se contestare conviniendo en los hechos pero no en el derecho, y fuere admisible en todo la prueba de confesión, el Juez fallará dentro de cinco días.

Si no fuere admisible la prueba de confesión en todo o en parte o se contestare negando alguno o algunos de los hechos, se abrirá el juicio a prueba por seis días.
