La participación de la Superintendencia de Sociedades en los procesos de liquidación voluntaria. Corresponde a la Superintendencia de Sociedades realizar el nombramiento del liquidador e impartir aprobación del estado de inventario del patrimonio social, cuando se adelanten procesos de liquidación voluntaria y únicamente en los casos que se enuncian en este numeral y conforme a las facultades de designación otorgadas en el numeral 6° del artículo 84 de la Ley 222 de 1995, el artículo 2.2.2.1.3.1. del Decreto 1074 de 2015 y lo establecido por el artículo 124 de la Ley 1116 de 2006.
