Previas las comprobaciones que el Gobierno exija al reglamentar esta Ley, el gobernador de Antioquia distribuirá entre los damnificados por el incendio el auxilio a que se refiere el artículo 1°.

Delégase en el Gobernador de Antioquia la dirección y supervigilancia de la reconstrucción de los edificios municipales, con la partida que se destina en el artículo 2°
