º . Relación de solvencia. Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 5º, literales a) y b) del Decreto 656 de 1994, el valor total de los activos de todos los fondos que manejen las sociedades administradoras de fondos de pensiones y de cesantía y las sociedades administradoras de fondos de pensiones, no podrá exceder de 40 veces el patrimonio técnico de la respectiva entidad.
