Prohibición para la exportación de combustibles objeto de estabilización mediante el FEPC. No podrán exportarse los combustibles que sean objeto de estabilización mediante el Fondo de Estabilización de Precios de los Combustibles (FEPC) o aquel que haga sus veces, por lo que para exportar un combustible es necesario que el refinador o el importador lo haya excluido explícitamente de la estabilización del FEPC y así se lo certifique al Ministerio.
