º Zonas Francas Industriales de Bienes y de Servicios. Se entiende por Zona Franca Industrial de Bienes y de Servicios un área geográfica delimitada del territorio nacional, con el objeto primordial de promover y desarrollar el proceso de industrialización de bienes y de prestación de servicios, destinados a mercados externos y de manera subsidiaria al mercado nacional.

Parágrafo

De acuerdo con la naturaleza y característica del proyecto, esta clase de Zona Franca podrá tener un área disponible inferior a las veinte (20) hectáreas.
