Es deber de los agentes de la renta, lo mismo que de los Tenientes y Celadores, velar con el mayor celo por que se cumpla con lo dispuesto en el artículo 24 de este Decreto, haciendo que los que hubieren obtenido guías o licencias para amparar tabaco, en cualquier forma, las devuelvan al respectivo Administrador tan pronto como termine la existencia de tabaco amparado con ellas.
