Definición del patrimonio de la Nación en el Fondo de Promoción de Exportaciones . El patrimonio de la Nación se determinará a diciembre 31 de 1991, después de deducir de los activos todos los pasivos, incluyendo dentro de estos últimos especialmente el valor de la liquidación a la cual se refiere el artículo anterior y las obligaciones tributarias pendientes de pago. El patrimonio así definido, junto con los estados financieros respectivos, serán certificados por el Revisor Fiscal del Banco de Comercio Exterior.
