Abrese al Presupuesto de Gastos del bienio económico de 1899 y 1900 un crédito suplemental por la suma de $ 2,051, que tendrá la siguiente imputación, SERVICIO DE 1899 Y 1900 DEPARTAMENTO DEL TESORO Capitulo 60- Gastos varios Artículo 382, Para pagar los alcances líquidos en contra del Tesoro y en favor de los responsables del Erario $ 2,051/, Por el Ministerio del Tesoro se dará cuenta de este Decreto al próximo Congreso, en cumplimiento del artículo 6 ° de la Ley 19 de 1894.
