°. Modifíquese el artículo 2.1.7.3.1 del Decreto 1081 de 2015, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 2.1.7.3.1. Secretaría Técnica. Será la instancia asesora encargada de brindar el acompañamiento y soporte técnico, logístico y operativo a la Comisión Intersectorial de Derechos Humanos y Derecho Internacional Humanitario e impulsar el ejercicio de articulación institucional. La Secretaría Técnica estará a cargo y bajo la responsabilidad de la Consejería Presidencial para los Derechos Humanos”.
