Abrase un crédito adicional al Presupuesto de gastos de la vigencia en curso por la suma de veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000) oro, con la siguiente imputación:

Articulo 309. Para atender el pago de los sueldos de los militares que hayan sido o sean declarados inválidos para poder trabajar como antes, veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000).
