A rtículo 12. Usuario industrial de bienes. Es la persona jurídica o la sucursal de una sociedad extranjera, constituida para realizar actividades exclusivamente dentro del perímetro de la respectiva Zona Franca, con el objeto de fabricar, ensamblar y transformar productos industriales para su venta en los mercados externos. Para su funcionamiento deberá suscribir con el usuario operador un contrato en el que se determinen especialmente los términos y las condiciones de su relación.
