Decreto 1373 de 1986 · por el cual se organiza la Escuela Judicial “Rodrigo Lara Bonilla”.

º Son funciones del Consejo Superior

Formular la política general de la Escuela;

Aprobar los planes y programas de acción que realice la Escuela;

Controlar el funcionamiento general de la Escuela y verificar su conformidad con la política, planes y programas adoptados;

Proponer la creación de regionales de la Escuela Judicial;

Proponer la planta de personal de la Escuela y toda modificación que a ella deba hacerse, a iniciativa del Director General;

Proponer el proyecto de presupuesto anual, a iniciativa del Director General;

Aprobar su propio reglamento, y

Adoptar los estatutos y reglamentos necesarios para el funcionamiento interno de la Escuela.
