Art. 244. Cuando de los registros pasados al Director resultare que alguno de los alumnos ha alcanzado ya el número de faltas suficientes para perder su curso, se cancelará inmediatamente la matrícula de ese alumno en el curso respectivo, y se dará aviso al Catedrático y al Ministro de Instrucción Pública.
