°. Decisiones del OCAD PAZ. Las decisiones del OCAD PAZ se adoptarán con un mínimo de dos (2) votos favorables. El número de votos será de tres (3), uno por cada nivel de gobierno, así: Gobierno nacional un voto; departamental un voto; y municipal un voto. Es necesaria la presencia de al menos uno de los miembros de cada nivel de gobierno para la toma de decisión.
