Autorización . El fletamento o arrendamiento de naves se regirá por, lo establecido en los Títulos X y XI del Libro quinto del Código de Comercio y por las disposiciones que lo complementen. Todos los fletamentos o arrendamientos serán autorizados por la Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria y sus contratos se registraran ante la misma autoridad.
