Perfeccionamiento y vigencia . Los Acuerdos expedidos por la Junta Directiva requieren para su validez, tan solo de su aprobación; una vez aprobados, y desde esa misma fecha, entran en vigencia, a menos que la Junta determine expresamente otra cosa.

Parágrafo 1

Los Acuerdos deberán llevar la firma del miembro que presida la reunión y del Secretario de la Junta.

Parágrafo 2

Los Acuerdos se numerarán sucesivamente, con indicaciones del día, mes y año en que se expidan, y estarán bajo la custodia del Secretario de la Junta. Lo mismo se hará en relación con las actas.
