El funcionamiento de una estación radiodifusora comercial podrá suspenderse hasta por diez días, dando aviso inmediato al Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos. Para un período mayor, que en ningún caso excederá de seis meses, será preciso obtener autorización del Ministerio.
