Definición. Es la modalidad de exportación que regula la salida del territorio aduanero nacional de mercancías procedentes del exterior que se encuentren en almacenamiento y respecto de las cuales no haya operado el abandono legal ni hayan sido sometidas a ninguna modalidad de importación. No podrá autorizarse el reembarque de substancias químicas controladas por el Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes.
