Parágrafo

del artículo 2º del Decreto 1202 de 1998, quedará así: "El cálculo del pasivo incluirá de manera clara y discriminada los valores a cargo de la Nación a 31 de diciembre de 1997, que hubieren sido pagados por la universidad estatal u oficial, para los servidores públicos a que hace referencia el inciso segundo del artículo 1º, en el período comprendido entre el 29 de diciembre de 1992 y el 31 de diciembre de 1998."
