Artículo segundo. Las sumas que se recauden por concepto de conmutaciones en la Comisarías de Policía Judicial de Bogotá, ingresarán al Fondo Rotatorio Judicial y se distribuirán en la siguiente proporción: un 50% para atender las reparaciones y adaptaciones de los locales, gastos de mantenimiento, útiles de escritorio y de oficina, papelería, elementos quirúrgicos, drogas y los demás que demanden las Comisarías de Policía Judicial; y un 50% para el Fondo Rotatorio Judicial, que será invertido, preferencialmente en los planes de fomento a la vivienda para los empleados del Ministerio de Justicia.
