ARTICULO 108 . DELEGACION DE FUNCIONES.- Los funcionarios de la Unidad Administrativa Especial nombrados en jefaturas, podrán delegar bajo su responsabilidad las funciones que la ley señala para la respectiva dependencia en funcionarios de la misma, mediante Resolución que será aprobada por el superior inmediato. En el caso del Director General, la delegación no requerirá aprobación. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de las delegaciones contempladas en la presente norma.
