RECURSOS PARA EL PAGO DE APORTES A LOS MUNICIPIOS. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 268 de la Ley 100 de 1993, en aquellos municipios que presenten dificultades para pagar los aportes del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en salud, el CONPES autorizará para tal fin, que se disponga de una parte de los ingresos previstos en el artículo 129 del presente Estatuto y en el numeral 16 del artículo 21 de la Ley 60 de 1993.
