INDEMNIZACIÓN POR MUERTE .A la muerte de un alumno de que tratan los artículos anteriores en actividades relacionadas con su preparación profesional o del servicio, sus beneficiarios en el orden determinado en el artículo 150 de este estatuto, tendrán derecho que por el Tesoro Público se les pague una indemnización igual a doce (12) meses del sueldo básico de un Cabo Segundo.

Parágrafo

Si la muerte ocurriere en actos meritorios del servicio, o en mantenimiento del orden público, la indemnización se pagará doble.
