º El artículo 3º del Decreto número 95 de 1935, quedará así: "Siempre que el Ministerio haya sido avisado oportunamente de la llegada a Bogotá de un Jefe de Misión, éste será recibido en la estación del ferrocarril, o en el aeródromo, y acompañado hasta su alojamiento por un funcionario del Protocolo, en carruaje oficial. Pero si no llegare en ferrocarril o en avión, se le visitará por dicho funcionario en el alojamiento a donde llegue el diplomático."
