Art.82. Son atribuciónes de los Síndicos:

1ª La administración de todos los bienes y pertenencias del concurso;

2ª La recaudación y cobranza de todos los créditos de la masa, y el pago de los gastos de administración necesarios para la conservación y beneficio de los bienes; y

La defensa de todos los derechos del concurso y el ejercicio de todas las acciónes y excepciónes que le competan.
