Se entiende por Agente Colocador de Seguros, la persona natural que se dedica de manera habitual y permanente al negocio de ofrecer seguros, promover la celebración de contratos y obtener la renovación de los mismos en representación y para beneficio de una o varias Compañías de Seguros, con las cuales tiene una relación contractual laboral.
