Los recursos remanentes y sus rendimientos financieros, producto de la aplicación del literal a), parágrafo 1°, artículo 35 transitorio de la Ley 756 de 2002, modificado por los artículos 107 de la Ley 788 de 2002 y 1° de la Ley 859 de 2003, podrán ser destinados por el Gobierno Nacional para atender los subsidios para pagos por menores tarifas del sector eléctrico.
