Nómbrase una Junta compuesta del cura Párroco de San Juan de Cesar, de un representante del Concejo de ese Municipio, designado por dicha corporación, y un delgado que designe el Ministerio de Obras Públicas, Junta que tendrá a su cargo la inversión de la suma que se vota por esta Ley, y que deberá rendir cuentas a la Contraloría General de la República.
