Prima para Oficiales del Cuerpo Administrativo. A partir de la vigencia del presente decreto, los Oficiales del Cuerpo las Fuerzas Militares cuando presten los servicios profesionales de su especialidad por tiempo completo, tendrán derecho a una prima mensual equivalente al cuarenta por ciento (40%) del sueldo Básico correspondiente a su grado. FARAGRAFO 1° El reconocimiento de esta prima se hará por resolución del Ministerio de Defensa.

Parágrafo 2

Se excluye de esta prima a los Oficiales que desempeñen cargos en la Justicia Penal Militar o en el Ministerio Público.
