Las exenciones establecidas en el artículo 29 del Decreto 2349 de 1965 y normas concordantes no son aplicables a los depósitos de ahorro constituidos en las corporaciones privadas de ahorro y en las asociaciones mutualistas de ahorro y préstamo, ni a los intereses pagados por éstas sobre tales depósitos.
