DEL CUMPLIMIENTO DE LAS NORMAS SANITARIAS. Los organismos del Estado colaborarán en la vigilancia del cumplimiento de las normas sanitarias de este estatuto dentro de sus respectivos ámbitos de competencia. Sólo tendrán validez, para el control del cumplimiento de las disposiciones del presente estatuto, los análisis de laboratorio efectuados por los organismos del control o aquellos a los cuales se les dé carácter oficial por el Ministerio de Salud.
