Artículo vigesimoprimero. El Centro Andrés Bello tendrá, un Consejo compuesto por el Director, el Decano, el Síndico, un representante del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, un representante del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, y uno del Fondo Universitario Nacional. Además, la Organización de los Estados Americanos podrá designar un representante en este Consejo. En caso de que otras entidades presten asistencia técnica o financiera para la realización de los objetivos del Centro, el Consejo podrá invitarlas a hacerse representar en el mismo. Será Secretario de éste el mismo del Centro.
