El Gobernador o el Intendente en su caso, deberá estudiar la solicitud dentro del preciso término de treinta días durante el cual hará practicar las diligencias que juzgue convenientes para el mejor conocimiento de los hechos a que se refieren la solicitud del interesado y las declaraciones de los testigos.
