En las ejecuciones que se libren en virtud de los instrumentos expresados en los tres ordinales del artículo 899, no serán admisibles otras excepciones que las siguientes:

1ºFalsedad del instrumento en todo o en parte sustancial;

2º Pago;

3º Error de cuenta; y

4º Condonación.
