La sentencia, una vez extendida conforme lo dispone el artículo 48 de esta Ley, se notificará personalmente a las partes, o por medio de edicto, en la forma prevista en el artículo 309 del Código Judicial cumplidos tres días después de su expedición. Al Ministerio Público se hará siempre notificación personal.
