En el acto administrativo que disponga el traslado a la planta interna del funcionario de Carrera deberá establecerse el cargo que ocupará en dicha planta. Una vez haya hecho dejación del cargo en el exterior deberá posesionarse en la planta interna dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes a tal novedad.
