El servicio interior de los cuerpos de tropa, el servicio de guarnición, el servicio en las plazas fuertes, el servicio en campaña, el servicio de sanidad y castrense, el servicio en las milicias, el servicio de Intendencias, la instrucción militar y las disposiciones sobre movilizaciones y maniobras y sobre ejercicio de las tres armas, serán organizados por Decretos reglamentarios expedidos por el Gobierno.
