La Oficina de Control de Drogas y Productos Biológicos podrá ordenar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a petición de terceros, la revisión de cualquier licencia vigente y de los respectivos productos, sin pago de derechos. Las solicitudes de terceros deben presentarse por escrito y personalmente. También podrá ordenar la revisión de un grupo de licencias vigentes, por resolución motivada, de carácter general, si pago de derechos.
