Destínase la suma de diez mil pesos ($ 10.000) para que el Departamento de Boyacá festeje con toda solemnidad el centenario de la confirmación o solemne ratificación de la declaración de su independencia absoluta, proclamada en su constitución de 1811.

Esta suma se considerará incluida en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la vigencia en curso.
