Las diferentes instituciones y personas responsables del tratamiento de los datos a que refiere la presente ley deberán garantizar la aplicación plena de las reglas previstas por la Ley Estatutaria 1581 de 2012 y demás normas relacionadas con la garantía de protección al derecho fundamental previsto por el artículo 15 constitucional, que integran el ordenamiento jurídico vigente.
